We require a partial deposit of 25% for services over $100 and we require a full deposit for services less than $100. Consultation is also mandatory before booking a session. Note that deposits are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests should be made 24 hours prior to the appointment. If we haven't received a cancellation request prior to 24 hours, you will be tagged as No Call No Show and you will be charged with the full amount with your card on file.

RESCHEDULE
If you need to reschedule your appointment, the request should be made 24 hours prior to your visit so that your deposit gets applied to your new appointment date.

LATE POLICY
If you are 5 minutes late without notifying us in advance, you will be charged $5 each minute. If you don't show up for around 10 minutes, you will receive a message offering to reschedule your appointment. However, your deposit will be forfeited and you need to pay another deposit on your new appointment date.
